Thank you for reviewing our revised COVID Health policy in our Duty of Care as a Cosmetic Medical business that delivers very close contact services daily.
Making your appointments
All appointments are to be made by Phone 5447 4227 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or Social Media.
We CANNOT take walk-in appointments due to in-clinic physical distancing restrictions.
Extra people are NOT allowed to accompany you to your appointment, i.e. children, family, friends unless under special circumstances.
Please tell our front desk staff if you or your close contact have been recently exposed to the Coronavirus in the last seven days. And if so, what were your RAT results.
Please inform us of your vaccination schedule so we can safely plan around your cosmetic treatments.
When we can’t see you
If you or anyone in your household have any respiratory symptoms i.e. a temperature/cold/flu/sinus/hay fever/a cough/sore throat/aches & pains/sniffles.
If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 and have not self-tested using a RAT or PCR test.
If you or anyone in your close contacts have tested positive in the past week.
If you have been exposed and returned a positive RAT and not self-isolated in the past week.
Any treatment must be spaced 2 weeks either side of any vaccination or boosters.
Your temperature may be taken at the door entry before you enter the clinic. If your temperature is elevated, you will not be allowed into the clinic, and you will not be treated by our staff.
If you present with any respiratory symptoms, you will also be refused entry to the clinic and asked to leave.
You will be asked to sanitise your hands, mobile phone and cards on entering, before using EFTPOS and on leaving.
If the clinic is already at regulation capacity, clients turning up early or late will have to wait outside or reschedule by phone. Due to physical distancing regulations, you may also be asked to wait outside if the clinic is at capacity.
Staff will adhere to sanitation practices and take every precaution to clean all door handles, taps, hand sanitiser pump tops, the front door inside/outside, reception counter, toilet door, clinic doors, fridge doors, treatment beds and surfaces where you or they have had contact.
Only the client and clinician will be allowed in the treatment room at one time
Skincare purchases: Call & Collect
In need of your fave skincare? Why not Call & Collect? Because of our COVID space restrictions we have to limit numbers in-clinic. If you call ahead you can purchase your skincare with one of our friendly staff who will take your payment over the phone. We’ll have your purchase ready when you swing by to collect. Easy!
