Vicki Hull is the Studio Founder and Director. She hails from Sydney where her career in nursing began 46 years ago. Her broad nursing experience has taken her across many fields, from General Nursing to the more specific areas of Paediatric Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Drug & Alcohol Counselling then completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Drug Dependence Studies at Macquarie University. Over the past 26 years Vicki found her niche in Aesthetic Medicine after visiting a Cosmetic Physician in Sydney about her pigmentation, he saw a talent in the making and offered her a job as an Aesthetic Nurse and the rest as they say, is history!

Throughout this time Vicki has worked concurrently as a Clinical Trainer in Aesthetic Medicine. This role takes her across Australia, training Plastic Surgeons, Cosmetic Physicians and Nurses in basic and advanced anti-ageing techniques.

Having a curious mind and an instinctive eye for symmetry and harmony Vicki developed new techniques that are now used by practitioners within the industry. Vicki presents her innovations nationally and internationally at conferences and workshops and is renowned for her unique and creative presentation style. After moving to the Sunny Coast 20 years ago Vicki soon began weaving her magic in practice at Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. Being a close knit yet diverse community word soon got out that Vicki was the ‘go-to’ girl for excellence and expertise in anti-ageing treatments.

“Building relationships and working closely with clients to develop achievable treatments plans and delivering realistic natural results requires honesty, integrity and trust” says Vicki. “Having a skilled hand and a keen eye is one thing but being able to make people feel confident and comfortable in your hands is another thing altogether”.

Vicki loves doing what she does best, engaging with people to skilfully help them look their best with an innate ability to put people at ease. The results speak for themselves!

After graduating university in 2008 Maddie gained experience in neonatal intensive care nursing sick and premature infants at Royal Brisbane Hospital. In 2012 Maddie found her niche as an Aesthetic Nurse and trained by some of the best practitioners in the aesthetics industry she concentrates her expertise in anti-wrinkle, volume-enhancing and advanced skin treatments.

Maddie’s artistic ability has contributed to her success as an aesthetic injector and she has gained a strong client following for her warmth and high standard of results. Maddie’s aesthetic eye for detail combined with her calm and gentle nature ensures her clients are in expert hands. With a philosophy of ‘less is more’ Maddie believes in creating subtle natural changes to prevent and combat the signs of ageing without looking ‘overdone’.

Using facial analysis techniques and a detailed consultation process Maddie is able to design an individualised treatment plan for each client to achieve natural results they will love.

Nikki began her journey to Aesthetic Medicine via the Skin Therapy industry 14 years ago when she completed a Diploma in Beauty and Spa Therapies. From there, she specialised in IPL light therapies, taking on a trainer role through a top clinic chain. Nikki progressed into an educational role working at a private Tertiary School in New Zealand, teaching anatomy, physiology, machinery, and physics. After her adventures travelling around the world, she found herself settling in Australia 5 years ago.

While working as a Senior Dermal Therapist in Brisbane, Nikki’s curiosity for personal appearance improvements led her to seek aesthetic treatments. After experiencing these treatments first-hand, she began to pursue her dream of working in the field of Aesthetic Medicine. Nikki completed her Bachelor of Nursing at SCUH, which took her to rural Victoria nursing in busy Surgical and Paediatric units. Her persistence in following her dream to be an Aesthetic Nurse was realised when she joined the team at The Cosmetic Studio Noosa.

Nikki has a quiet intelligence and a personability that makes clients feel comfortable in her care. In addition, her mastery in working with clients and their skin issues, a talent for cosmetic nursing, coupled with a gentle touch and delightful nature, make Nikki an excellent fit for our diverse team and clients alike!

With a solid foundation in Nursing for more than 20 years including Midwifery, Neonatal, Primary Health Care and Aesthetic Medicine including as an Aesthetic Trainer, Rachel has honed her skills to offer cutting-edge techniques and personalised treatment plans. Her commitment to ongoing education ensures she stays at the forefront of this dynamic industry.

Brooke has 22 years’ experience in Beauty and Dermal Therapy. She completed her study in Brisbane at the Beauty Skills Academy and has continued to expand her knowledge over the years with further training in advanced skin therapies.

Brooke has worked alongside doctors and cosmetic nurses as well as in luxury boutique day spas and other elite skin Cosmetic and Laser clinics throughout the Sunshine Coast. Brooke is highly experienced in all advanced skin treatments and opts for a nurturing, tailored approach to skin rejuvenation. She is very passionate about what she does and loves to see her clients transform physically and emotionally as their skin improves and heals. Her treatments are individualised and are aimed to work with a client’s lifestyle, expectations and needs.

In her spare time, Brooke enjoys spending time at the beach and exploring the outdoors. She has a strong passion for the environment taking part in many important clean up programs, including the Yarra River War on Waste. Brooke takes on a similar holistic approach to skin health, offering skin solutions and light therapies that are non-animal tested, are safe for our environment and will give you healthy, glowing, luminous clear skin.

Ashleigh has spent her working life surrounded by all things health and beauty. Beginning in pharmacy, she has immersed herself in health and well being, medication management, skincare, cosmetics and beauty. This solidified her passion for the cosmetic industry which lead her to complete a Diploma in Beauty Therapy. Ashleigh’s wealth of skincare and beauty knowledge, paired with her warm and bright personality, has made her a fantastic addition to our front of house team. Ashleigh understands the importance of whole health outcomes and values the way the Cosmetic industry can help you feel comfortable in your own skin.

Rhiannon first visited the Studio after becoming personally interested in our aesthetic treatments. With her calm nature and friendly, vibrant personality it only made sense that she should become a part of the Studio team! She prides herself in making our clients feel comfortable and welcome from the moment they walk in. She has a background in natural therapies and is passionate and knowledgeable about our range of in clinic skin care and services we offer. Previously working in the boutique wedding industry, Rhiannon has a beautiful, personable presence and exceptional customer service skills.

Ciara worked in clinic with us as our social media marketing assistant from 2021-2022. She comes from Dublin, Ireland  greener pastures called her home but she is still putting her creative talents to work for us in a remote freelance marketing position.

Ciara loves all things beauty and wellness and has experienced the difference that proper skincare routines and treatments can make to your appearance and self-esteem. Ciara loves to spread this knowledge and help people feel good. And, we are delighted to still have her working with us!
