What is ‘Hay-Tox?

With Spring almost upon us comes the resurgence of allergies, such as Hay Fever. For over 3 million Australian sufferers, another treatment choice using Anti-Wrinkle Relaxer is now available called Hay-Tox, offering simple and effective, longer-lasting management for hay fever sufferers.

How does it Work?

We have thousands of nerve endings within the lining of our nose called receptors. Some people’s receptors are highly reactive to stimulation by allergens in the air, causing sneezing, pressure, blockage, and congestion in our nose. Australian researchers have proven that Hay-Tox (neuro-modulators) can dampen down and inhibit nerve transmission to our receptors within the nose membrane lining, clearing the nasal passages and offering relief of symptoms, with an estimated 75% success rate.

How is it performed?

It is relatively quick to perform using a Hay-Tox-soaked cotton tip inserted and gently swirled within each nostril. Once the swirling is complete, we get you to sniff up the Hay-Tox into the deeper nasal cavities, then resist blowing your nose after. An added bonus is there are no needles or injections involved!

Who is suitable?

Anyone with Hay Fever symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose or congestion.  Anyone healthy, without sinus or other head colds or viral infections.

How long does it last?

This treatment can last anywhere between 4 – 6 months. A second assessment and treatment is performed a month later.

When do I come back for another treatment?

We suggest booking every 4 – 6 months, depending on your Hay Fever severity, and to keep on top of your hay fever symptoms.

How much does it cost?

HAY-TOX is a 2-treatment procedure given a month apart. A single intra-nasal Hay-tox treatment is $135.
